Mark serves as Discovery Counsel at Williams & Connolly, where he specializes in navigating complex information governance, electronic discovery, and computer forensic challenges. His practice focuses on developing innovative solutions for challenges presented by constantly-changing technology, empowering case teams with critical evidence analysis, supporting discovery-related motion practice, drafting and negotiating ESI orders, advising on the technical aspects of preservation and collection, validating the effectiveness of review workflows, evaluating changing technology-assisted and AI workflows, and providing guidance to clients implementing new information governance policies or technologies in support of their business operations. Mark regularly designs and delivers internal and external continuing legal education programs. He assists in supervising the firm's Discovery Attorneys and serves as the primary contact for external discovery review vendor relationships.

Prior to joining Williams & Connolly, Mark supervised document review operations for a service provider from its New York City, Delhi, and Washington, DC offices, developed database software for the US Army Corps of Engineers, helped launch the online version of a statewide Gannett-owned daily newspaper, and built systems that facilitated prompt distribution of Hurricane Katrina recovery grants. He is a graduate of Mississippi College School of Law.
