Kimberly Broecker focuses her practice on complex civil matters and appellate litigation. Kimberly has experience in a variety of substantive areas including antitrust, products liability, First Amendment, and contract and commercial disputes. She has represented individual and corporate clients at every stage of litigation, from pre-suit investigations and mediations to discovery, trial, and appeal. Kimberly has worked on matters in the U.S. Supreme Court, federal and state appellate and trial courts, and arbitrations around the country. In the course of her representations, Kimberly has prepared witnesses for investigational hearings, taken and defended depositions, argued motions, and briefed and argued cases in the United States Courts of Appeals.
Prior to joining Williams & Connolly, Kimberly clerked on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and Supreme Court of the United States.
