Kimberly Broecker is an associate who focuses her practice on complex civil and appellate matters. Kimberly has represented individual and corporate clients in high-stakes appeals in the U.S. Supreme Court, as well as federal and state appellate courts around the country. Kimberly has experience in a broad range of substantive areas, including antitrust, products liability, and contract law. She has represented several Fortune 10 companies in appeals, trial courts, and government investigations. Prior to joining Williams & Connolly, Kimberly clerked on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and Supreme Court of the United States.
