Kent Hiebel focuses on complex civil litigation, including products liability, consumer class action, employment, and contract disputes. He represents clients in forums across the country, at both the trial and appellate levels, as well as in arbitrations, mediations, and government investigations. His experience includes developing case strategy, briefing dispositive and appellate issues, and arguing motions. He has also prepared and examined witnesses, worked with experts, and managed document discovery.

Before joining Williams & Connolly in 2023, Kent practiced at another leading law firm for several years, where he litigated consumer class actions, products liability matters, and insurance-coverage cases. He also served as a law clerk to Judge Jennifer A. Dorsey of the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. He graduated with honors from Columbia Law School in 2017.

Kent maintains an active pro bono practice. His pro bono work has included matters related to immigration, employment, education, civil rights, criminal defense, and housing.
