Hallie Saunders has represented clients in a wide range of complex civil and criminal litigation.  She focuses her practice on appellate and administrative law, but she also has experience in a wide range of substantive legal areas, including complex contract disputes, FCA, government investigations, defamation, malpractice, and RICO.  Hallie has argued an appeal in the Eleventh Circuit, and has represented clients in the Ninth, Eleventh, and D.C. Circuits and the United States Supreme Court. 

Before joining Williams & Connolly, Hallie served as a law clerk to Judge Neomi Rao on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, and Judge Kevin C. Newsom on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.  Hallie received her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and her B.A. from Brigham Young University.
