Falicia’s practice focuses on patent litigation, with experience in Hatch-Waxman and brand v. brand litigation.  She has served as counsel for AstraZeneca, Merck, and Eli Lilly, among others. She also recently represented Genevant Sciences in district court litigation that successfully secured a global settlement worth up to $2.25 billion against Moderna in a patent suit over Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccines. 

Falicia received her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she served as Content Selection Editor for the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology Digest. She received a B.S. in Genetics with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to matriculating at Harvard Law School, Falicia worked at a think tank on a NASA Precision Medicine Contract and at a seed-stage biotechnology venture capital firm.

Falicia was born and raised in the DC area but is an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan.
