Ashley received her J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center, magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, and her B.S. from Louisiana State University, summa cum laude.  During law school, she served as an Articles Development Editor for the American Criminal Law Review and published articles as a Featured Online Contributor for ACLR Online, the online companion to American Criminal Law Review.  Ashley also taught first-year law students as a legal research and writing fellow and was a member of the Appellate Litigation Clinic.  As a member of the Appellate Litigation Clinic, she received the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Award for her advocacy.
