Andrew graduated magna cum laude from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and received his B.A. in economics and physics from Kenyon College.  During law school, he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Northwestern University Law Review.  Before joining Williams & Connolly, Andrew clerked for Judge Thomas Hardiman of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
