Akhil received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.A. from the University of Virginia. While at Georgetown, he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Georgetown Law Journal’s Annual Review of Criminal Procedure and was a legal research and writing teaching assistant. - Representation of a leading manufacturer of laboratory diagnostic equipment and related testing materials which brought suit against a contractual counterparty alleging that the parties’ contract unfairly restrains trade
- Defense of a major telecommunications company in False Claims Act litigation brought by the New York Attorney General
