Rich Moore’s practice focuses on complex litigation. He has represented clients in a broad range of civil and criminal matters in federal and state courts across the United States, at both the trial and appellate levels, and in arbitration proceedings. Mr. Moore has extensive experience in the area of product liability and mass tort/class action litigation, particularly cases involving pharmaceutical and biologic products. He also has handled a wide array of other litigation matters, including contract disputes, white-collar criminal investigations, and securities litigation.
Mr. Moore has practiced at Williams & Connolly since 2003. He is a graduate of Princeton University and the Georgetown University Law Center, where he graduated magna cum laude. Prior to joining Williams & Connolly, Mr. Moore served as a law clerk for the Honorable David C. Norton of the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina.
