| Since joining Williams & Connolly in 2000, Ryan Scarborough has handled a wide variety of cases ranging from medical and legal malpractice claims to commercial business disputes and securities and ERISA class actions. He has worked most extensively in mass tort litigation involving pharmaceutical products. Mr. Scarborough has also litigated breach-of-contract cases against the United States in the Court of Federal Claims and before the Federal Circuit. Prior to joining Williams & Connolly, Mr. Scarborough served as a law clerk for the Honorable Alan C. Kay, a federal judge for the District of Hawaii.
