| Identified as one of "Washington's Top Lawyers" by Washingtonian magazine (December 2007), Mary Clark is a litigation of counsel who practices in the areas of financial litigation and professional liability defense. Ms. Clark has defended lawyers, directors, and officers, and other professionals in state and federal court damages actions, administrative enforcement proceedings, shareholder class actions, and SEC professional discipline actions arising out of corporate bankruptcies and failures of financial institutions. She also has represented investors in securities litigation involving various financial derivatives and has served as bank counsel in debtor-creditor litigation.
Before attending law school, Ms. Clark taught political science at Lehigh University and Connecticut College.
