Lance Wade’s practice focuses on criminal defense and complex civil litigation. 

Mr. Wade has represented clients during every stage of the criminal process, including investigations, trials, and appeals.  He has represented public and private corporations, corporate executives, public officials, attorneys, and other individuals in a wide variety of matters, including cases involving allegations of securities fraud, accounting fraud, antitrust crimes, insurance fraud, bank fraud, money laundering, public corruption, false claims, and environmental crimes.
