Lisa Duggan represents individual and corporate clients before federal and state courts in a broad range of civil and complex commercial litigation matters including products liability and medical malpractice defense, First Amendment issues, and employment disputes involving non-competition agreements and other contractual issues. Ms. Duggan is a member of the firm's Hiring Committee and is one of two partners who mentors and helps manage the caseloads of associates.
