John McNichols practices in the area of civil litigation, with emphasis in employment law, toxic tort, and professional liability defense.

John is a former law clerk to the Honorable T. S. Ellis III, U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of Virginia, and a former noncommissioned officer of the U.S. Army Special Forces, having served on active duty for eight years.
