George Borden has broad experience in a wide range of civil, criminal, and appellate litigation. In recent years Mr. Borden has focused on: securities-related and other complex corporate and business litigation; intellectual property litigation, including patent litigation in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries; and class action litigation.
