Her criminal defense practice has included representing individuals and corporations in matters involving allegations related to all aspects of health care fraud and abuse as well as allegations related to money laundering, mail and wire fraud, false claims, false statements, business fraud, and environmental law. Ms. Mainigi has represented a number of corporations at all stages of False Claims Act/ Qui Tam proceedings. Her other civil practice areas have included commercial disputes, defense of medical malpractice claims, civil fraud, and securities, among others.
