Edward Barnidge focuses his practice on complex civil and criminal litigation. In his civil practice, ranging from massive class actions to two-party arbitrations, he has defended product manufacturers, franchisors, automobile dealerships, distributors, commercial real estate developers, doctors, and others against such charges as racketeering, the unlawful practice of insurance, deceptive advertising, real estate fraud, breach of contract, medical malpractice, and product liability. He has represented large businesses in administrative licensure revocation proceedings. He has defended numerous corporate and individual clients in complicated, white-collar criminal investigations. He frequently conducts internal investigations for large corporations. Mr. Barnidge has represented clients in trial and appellate courtrooms throughout the United States.
