Mr. Grossman’s practice focuses on intellectual property matters.  He has played active roles in several high-stakes patent infringement trials, defended a law firm in a patent-related professional liability suit, and performed multiple pre-litigation patent portfolio analyses.  Mr. Grossman's educational background is in chemistry, and he has significant experience advising clients and litigating cases in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.  He also has represented companies in the electronics, telecommunications, and mechanical fields.

In addition to intellectual property matters, Mr. Grossman has litigated financial services and criminal cases.

Mr. Grossman has practiced at Williams & Connolly LLP since 2004.  Prior to joining Williams & Connolly, Mr. Grossman served as a law clerk to the Honorable William C. Bryson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
