Mr. Sorensen has a diverse practice representing corporate entities and individuals on a variety of transactional and litigation matters. His primary areas of representation include corporate and financial services-related litigation, internal investigations and corporate governance matters, corporate structuring and transactions, executive compensation and counseling, and intellectual property licensing matters.

Prior to starting his legal career, Mr. Sorensen served as a Peace Corps volunteer in The Gambia, West Africa, and worked as an analyst with RAND in the area of international development.
