Kenneth Brown’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation.  Mr. Brown has successfully represented clients before federal and state courts across the United States, at both the trial and appellate levels.  He has also represented witnesses providing testimony to congressional committees, and has appeared before a variety of arbitration panels and administrative boards.  Mr. Brown’s practice has spanned a wide range of substantive areas, including commercial litigation, class actions and class arbitrations, RICO, antitrust, consumer protection and unfair trade practices, trade secrets, securities litigation, competitive intelligence issues, misappropriation of ideas, land development disputes, and First Amendment litigation, among others. 

Prior to joining Williams & Connolly, Mr. Brown served as a law clerk to the Honorable Stanley Marcus of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the Honorable William H. Yohn, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
