| John Joiner focuses his practice on complex litigation. He has defended commercial, class action, and criminal cases for a wide array of corporate clients before federal and state courts, regulatory agencies, and arbitrators throughout the country. These cases have involved a variety of substantive claims, including RICO, antitrust, products liability, legal malpractice, franchise, and real estate.
Before joining Williams & Connolly LLP, Mr. Joiner served as a law clerk for The Honorable Mary Beck Briscoe of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, The Honorable Clarence A. Brimmer of the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming, and The Honorable Steve C. Briggs of the Colorado Court of Appeals.
