| Andrew Rudge focuses his practice on complex civil litigation. Mr. Rudge has represented clients in commercial, class action, and personal injury matters in arbitration and in state and federal courts throughout the country. These cases have involved a variety of substantive claims, including products liability, consumer fraud, deceptive trade practices, antitrust and RICO.
He earned his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Duke University (1994) and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law (1997), where he was an Order of the Coif recipient and an Article Review Board Member of the University of Virginia Law Review. Following law school, he clerked for Judge T.S. Ellis III, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia (1997-1998).
