In profiling the firm’s practice, Law360 highlighted a number of significant wins over the past year, including Fifth Third Bank’s trial victory in a certified class action where plaintiffs sought more than $444 million, early success in the firm’s plaintiff-side representation of Custodia Bank in litigation against the Federal Reserve, and Harry C. Calcutt III’s Supreme Court win in challenging fines and penalties imposed by the FDIC.
