Partner Krystal Durham has been recognized in Bloomberg Law’s 2023 edition of “They’ve Got Next: The 40 Under 40” in the category of White Collar, Investigations and Crisis Leadership. According to the publication, the honorees represent “the young leaders [who] are raising the bar in the legal profession.” The article highlights Krystal’s role in the successful defense of former Jefferies & Co. bond trader Jesse Litvak in the first criminal case brought against an individual in connection with TARP, as well as her defense of an investment banking firm that was being investigated by FINRA for allegedly charging excessive markups in the millions of dollars.
